The Leadership for Safety course is designed to help learners understand the leadership behaviours, skills, and mindsets that drive meaningful safety improvements. It supports individuals who already recognize basic safety procedures such as hazard identification, risk awareness, or proper PPE use and want to elevate their influence by applying strong leadership principles.

This course isn’t reserved for people with formal leadership titles or those working specifically in health and safety roles. Any team member with foundational safety knowledge can benefit, empowering themselves to reduce risk, encourage safe behaviours, and contribute to a healthier safety culture within their workplace.
