The course is designed for all employees.

Testing is incorporated throughout this online course to reinforce the content delivered. Participants need to score a minimum of 80% to pass this course. Participants can attempt the course up to three times to achieve the passing score. A comprehensive student manual is available for printing, serving as an invaluable resource for future reference and knowledge reinforcement.
Upon successful conclusion of this online course, a certificate of completion can be downloaded and printed.
