Upon successful completion of this Ground Disturbance 101 course, you should be able to:

  • Understand the significance of preventing damage
  • Recognise the major stakeholders in ground disturbance
  • Define what ground disturbance is
  • Identify potential ground disturbance hazards and how to control them
  • Understand the importance of having emergency response plans
  • Describe the processes for notification, locating, and marking of buried facilities
  • Explain techniques and hazards of hand exposure
  • Understand procedures for backfilling

DURÉE DU COURS EN LIGNE

The course duration is approximately 75 minutes 

Note de passage

A minimum score of 80% is required to pass this course. The final exam can be attempted three times to achieve the passing score.

CERTIFICAT DE RÉALISATION

Upon successful completion of this online Ground Disturbance 101 course, a certificate of completion will be available for download and printing. The certificate is valid for 3 years from the course completion date indicated on the certificate.
