Managers are responsible for coaching and developing employees, assisting each individual in maintaining their performance trajectory. Naturally, this includes Giving Great Feedback.
The Giving Great Feedback course equips managers with the required tools and guidance to enhance the feedback they provide to their employees, ensuring everyone can perform at their best.
