COURSE OVERVIEW

The G1 Knowledge (Written) Test Preparation Course is designed for novice drivers who are at least 16 years old in Ontario. If you’re planning to drive a car, van, or small truck, you must have a Class G license. To obtain a G1 license, you have to pass the G1 knowledge test, also known as the G1 written test, which focuses on traffic signs and rules of the road in Ontario. This G1 Knowledge Preparation Course provides a thorough overview of all the topics pertaining to Road Rules and Road Signs in two primary chapters.

COURSE TOPICS

Please remember that the digital certificate earned from this course is not currently recognized by the Ontario Ministry of Transportation. This course is solely for preparation or practice. All drivers must take their examination test at their local Drive Test Centre.


The first chapter will provide you with knowledge on the most common road rules regarding the topics listed below.

Minimum pass mark is 80%
