Eye & Face Protection (CAN)

This Canada-compliant safety course is designed for individuals whose work may pose a risk to their eyes and face. The course encompasses common hazards and injuries, safe practices, and the correct usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This course satisfies the classroom training prerequisite for occupational safety. It also includes a proficiency checklist for employers to conduct a practical assessment. Once completed, participants will have the ability to download and print certification or a wallet card, providing evidence of their completion of the Eye and Face Protection training for Canada. Please note, only an employer can certify an employee. The requirements for certification can differ by state or province. Please check local standards for any additional training requirements.

The Eye & Face Protection course abides by regulations, and the online version meets classroom training criteria. The course content includes sections on common hazards, safe practices, the correct use of PPE, and more. In the Eye & Face Protection training, we will delve into potential worksite hazards that may impact your eyes and face. We will also discuss safe practices designed to safeguard your eyes and face from serious injuries, including the use of PPE. We will also share some case studies to demonstrate the potential consequences of neglecting basic safety measures.
