By completing this online Due Diligence for Supervisors training, learners will be able to:

3. Grasp how due diligence applies to supervisors
4. Recognize the necessity of progressive discipline when required 
5. Acknowledge the role of documentation and journaling in a due diligence case
6. Understand the significance of training, monitoring, incident investigation, maintenance, and worker’s rights
7. Get everything organized and prepared

Testing conducted throughout this online course is designed to reinforce the information presented. A mark of 80% must be achieved in order to pass this course. The course can be attempted three times to achieve the pass mark.
