In the Corrective Action Training: Hours of Service and Fatigue, drivers will be guided to collect relevant supporting documents, submit these documents to their carrier within a 13-day window from the recorded date, and ensure they include pertinent details like name or ID number, the date, time and location on each document.

Once you complete this course, you will be able to:

• Identify different types of supporting documents
• Understand the guidelines for document submission
• Enumerate the necessary details to be included in a supporting document

• Hours-of-service rules vary based on your vehicle and driving location.
• The established limits are subject to change depending on your vehicle or job role.
• The responsibility to be aware of the applicable rules falls on you and your employer.

Estimated completion time is 5 minutes

Assessment will be carried out throughout this online course to reinforce the information provided. A score of 80% is required to earn a completion certificate. If the pass mark is not achieved, participants can retake the course up to two times.

On successful completion of the Corrective Action Training: Hours of Service and Fatigue course, a certificate will be available for download and printing.
