These mishaps not only lead to damage to trailers, infrastructure, and other equipment, but can also, unfortunately, result in fatalities.
The Backing Techniques: Driver Training Series online course is aimed at decreasing these incidents by instructing drivers on how to identify potential hazards when backing up. It provides a comprehensive guide to executing various backing maneuvers like straight-line, alley dock, sight-side jackknife, blind-side jackknife backing, and parallel parking.

Upon completing this course, participants will be able to:

The course includes ongoing testing to reinforce the information given. Participants must achieve a minimum score of 80% to pass the course. If necessary, the course can be retaken three times to achieve the pass grade. An exhaustive student manual, which can be printed, is also available as a valuable reference for future use and knowledge retention.
On successful completion of this online course, a certificate of completion can be downloaded and printed.
