APERÇU DU COURS

The Aerial Work Platform (AWP) Certification course offers a comprehensive introduction to all types of scissor, push-around, straight-stick boom, and articulating boom lifts. It not only meets but surpasses all CSA/OHS standards for classroom operator safety training certification across all Canadian provinces and territories.

Our courses are of the highest caliber, integrating high-resolution videos with state-of-the-art machine animations and video demonstrations. This approach enhances student engagement and information retention while providing an informative yet entertaining learning experience. To prepare for the final assessment, we provide a few questions after each chapter. Students are granted access to elevated work platform (EWP) specific OHS mandates for every province and territory in Canada, a practical evaluation checklist, and simple instructions for gauging operator competence on the machine throughout the course.

A practical evaluation conducted by a supervisor or authorized person is required to complete the certification process.

Aerial Work Platform (AWP) Certification Course Standards

This course was developed to exceed the requirements for theoretical and written exam preparation as stipulated in:

  • CSA norms B354.1, B354.2, and B354.4
  • ANSI norms A92.3, A92.5, and A92.6

The passing grade for this course is 80%. Students have the opportunity to attempt the course thrice to achieve the passing grade.
