By doing so, it aids employers in fulfilling their legal obligation to educate their supervisors about Occupational Health and Safety Law. 

This engaging course uses animation and a touch of humor to highlight the importance of supervisors understanding Occupational Health and Safety Law. It takes place in a fictional workplace where some divisions have a strong safety culture, while others have room for improvement.

By completing this online Due Diligence for Supervisors training, learners will be able to:

  4. Recognize the necessity of progressive discipline when required 
  5. Acknowledge the role of documentation and journaling in a due diligence case
  6. Understand the significance of training, monitoring, incident investigation, maintenance, and worker’s rights
  7. Get everything organized and prepared
