Upon finalizing the “First Aid – Environmental Emergencies” module, participants will gain the ability to identify and take appropriate action in response to a range of environmental emergencies such as poisoning, chemical spills, thermal stress, and encounters with harmful animals or insects.

After successfully completing the “First Aid – Environmental Emergencies” course, you will be equipped with knowledge to efficiently:

Determine the best course of action for a chemical spill scenario.
React to a situation involving poisoning.
Describe how to aid someone suffering from an animal or insect inflicted wound.
Take appropriate measures against heat stress.

Evaluations conducted throughout this online module aim to reinforce the knowledge imparted. Achieving a score of 80% is required to earn a certificate of completion. Participants are given two additional attempts to reach the pass mark if not achieved in the first attempt.
