This instructional course provides foundational knowledge on the chemicals used in dairy farming, the inherent risks they pose, and the proper ways to handle such hazardous substances.

In dairy farming, a multitude of chemicals, including cleaners, sanitizers, pesticides, and veterinary drugs are used regularly to ensure the health of the livestock and the safety of the milk they produce. Dairy Workers: Chemical Safety course is designed to equip those who handle these chemicals with essential understanding of how these substances might penetrate their bodies and the steps they can implement to prevent exposure.

Estimated duration of 40 minutes

Testing conducted in this online Dairy Workers: Chemical Safety course is aimed to reinforce the knowledge shared. A score of 80% or above is required to secure a certificate of completion. Participants are allowed two retries if the pass mark is not obtained in the first attempt.

Upon successful accomplishment of this online course, a certificate of completion will be readily available for download and print.
