This Ladder Safety (UL) online course is designed to provide the necessary knowledge to employees who may be required to use ladders. It focuses on teaching the safe use of different types of ladders to prevent accidents and injuries.
The misuse of ladders contributes to over half a million injuries and 300 fatalities each year, costing more than $11 billion. It is crucial for all employees who may utilize ladders to be well-informed about their safe use to avert potential harm to themselves and others.
Through this Ladder Safety (UL) online course, crucial aspects of safe ladder usage will be covered. Upon completion, learners will acquire understanding on the dangers of improper ladder use, different types of ladders and their appropriate usage, ladder safety measures and inspection, as well as correct ladder setup.

The online course includes tests designed to reinforce the information provided. A score of 80% must be achieved to pass the course. Participants are allowed up to three attempts to reach the passing score.
