Our online course, titled Fighting Fatigue in the Workplace, delves into the origins of fatigue, the hazards it poses, and how employees can combat it. Fatigue often leads to errors, putting employees at a higher risk of injuries, and even fatal accidents at work. Moreover, it dampens productivity and incurs additional costs. In the U.S. alone, fatigue costs businesses over $130 billion annually. However, this is not an inevitable consequence – it can be prevented.
