Our Confined Space Awareness Training Course is engineered following the CSA Z1006 Standard, focusing on the safe management of tasks performed in confined spaces.
After successful completion of this course, you will be equipped to:
- Identify confined spaces within your work environment.
- Discuss the potential hazards associated with confined spaces.
- Enumerate the effective hierarchy of controls along with their specific examples.
- Comprehend the responsibilities of each individual in the workspace and define your own duties.
- Emphasize the significance of a comprehensive confined space rescue plan.
Our Confined Space Awareness Training Course encompasses the following topics:
- Module 1: An overview of confined spaces
- Module 2: Assessment of various confined space hazards
- Module 3: Implementation of hazard control for confined space tasks
- Module 4: Elucidation of roles and responsibilities
- Module 5: Planning and execution of emergency response, including confined space rescue
Estimated completion time: 90 minutes
Minimum passing score: 80%
Upon completion, a certificate will be awarded.
