This comprehensive course aims to provide a thorough understanding of the concept of being Fit For Duty. It also offers insight into how organizations can support their employees to maintain fitness. Our Fit For Duty Training Awareness course will delve into the fundamental principles of being “Fit For Duty”. It will address the duties and policies concerning all parties involved. Upon completion of this course, you should be able to:

  • Comprehend the basic principles of being fit for duty
  • Identify signs of an employee, or yourself, becoming unfit for duty
  • Enumerate the typical impairments that could result in hazardous work conditions
  • Implement the measures you can as a manager or supervisor to ensure your employees
    remain fit for duty
  • Decipher the signals of an unfit employee, and the measures to help them recuperate
  • Recognize what procedures can be adopted to ensure fitness in your workforce, and
  • Develop a framework for a return-to-work program
