- Acknowledge SEMI S2 guidelines for safety interlock systems
- Recognize SEMI S2 guidelines for hazardous energy isolation
- Sequence the steps in the lockout/tagout procedure
- Identify the requirements for each stage of an effective lockout/tagout program
- Determine the steps to be taken after maintenance completion
- Understand when and how group LOTO may be used

Testing conducted in the course of this online training is designed to reinforce the information provided. To pass this course, a mark of 80% must be achieved.
