Apr\u00e8s l'achat de Joy Global par Komatsu en 2017, un poste de coordonnatrice nationale de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 l'a men\u00e9e sur le terrain \u00e0 temps plein, partout au Canada et aux \u00c9tats-Unis, sur des montages de pelles mini\u00e8res, des d\u00e9poses de tourelle et des assemblages de foreuses. Environ cinq ans \u00e0 ce rythme, puis un poste de gestion \u00e0 la mine Brule de Conuma, puis une promotion au poste de directrice en l'espace d'un an environ. Elle occupe depuis un poste de gestionnaire en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans une autre entreprise. Ils leur avaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 dit que j'allais \u00eatre l\u00e0 \u00bb, raconte-t-elle. \u00ab Alors tout le monde arr\u00eate de travailler, non? Ils savent que la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 s'en vient, alors tout le travail s'arr\u00eate. \u00bb On s'attendait \u00e0 ce qu'elle fasse un tour rapide et remonte dans le camion.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"EOP Selected SCXW27084383 BCX0\" data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Et pendant qu'elle marchait, le gestionnaire restait assis \u00e0 tambouriner sur le tableau de bord, attendant qu'elle ait fini pour pouvoir la ramener.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">La plupart des gens y verraient du m\u00e9pris. Hruby y a vu une question, et les questions qu'elle s'est pos\u00e9es portaient sur eux plut\u00f4t que sur elle.
