href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/lindalmiller\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Linda Miller<\/a><\/strong> didn\u2019t set out to change how people sit, stand, or move at work.<\/p><p>She just wanted to help people heal.<\/p><p>Back when she was fresh out of school, working in rehabilitation, she saw the end of the story before most people ever saw the first page, injuries that didn\u2019t just end careers, but changed lives. Repetitive strain. Back trauma. Limbs lost.<\/p><p>\u201cI kept thinking, why do we wait until people are broken to start fixing things?\u201d<\/p><p>So she shifted her focus. She trained as an occupational therapist, then earned a Master\u2019s in environmental design. Her first big case? A lumber mill, where repetitive wrist injuries were burning through workers.<\/p><p>\u201cThat\u2019s when I realized, I could help stop the pain before it started.\u201d<\/p><p>It was the spark that launched a career. Equipment that adjusts to different sizes, strengths, and capabilities. Tools that don\u2019t force the body into contortions. It means designing with humans, not for them.<\/p><p>And it pays off.<\/p><p>\u201cIt\u2019s not just about safety. It\u2019s about performance. Comfort leads to focus. Focus leads to better work.\u201d<\/p><p>Productivity and protection, built together, not traded
