L'objectif est de vous fournir les connaissances et les outils n\u00e9cessaires pour faire des choix s\u00fbrs et responsables au volant.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bien que l'efficacit\u00e9 soit toujours importante dans les transports, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 doit rester la priorit\u00e9 absolue. Conduire en \u00e9tat de fatigue augmente les risques sur la route et peut entra\u00eener des cons\u00e9quences graves qui l'emportent de loin sur tout gain \u00e0 court terme.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le non-respect des exigences relatives aux heures de service entra\u00eene des r\u00e9percussions personnelles et professionnelles. Au-del\u00e0 des dangers physiques, les violations peuvent nuire \u00e0 votre dossier de conduite et entra\u00eener des sanctions pour vous et votre employeur.
