Whether we are standing, walking or climbing, we rely on the surfaces we move on to provide the necessary support to position ourselves correctly, utilize our muscles effectively, maintain our balance&#8230;and ensure our work is carried out safely. Yet, slips, trips and falls account for 20% of disabling work-related injuries, and numerous fatalities each year.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 14.0px\">Fortunately, the majority of these accidents are avoidable. The course includes sections on potential dangers related to different walking and working surfaces, strategies for safe navigation of floors and walkways, safety regulations for stairways and fixed ladders, proper inspection and setup of a portable ladder, among other topics.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 14.0px\"><\/p>\n<div class=\"title-bar\">    <span style=\"font-size: 18.0px;float:
