Nuestro curso interactivo, ‘Conductores CMV – prevenci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n de la fatiga’, explora c\u00f3mo los conductores pueden manejar la fatiga en la carretera… as\u00ed como “estrategias para dormir” que se pueden aplicar tanto en la carretera como en casa para garantizar un sue\u00f1o de buena calidad y suficiente. El curso enfatiza la importancia de la resoluci\u00f3n de problemas, la toma de decisiones r\u00e1pida y el buen juicio, habilidades vitales para la conducci\u00f3n segura de los CMV. <\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

La falta de sue\u00f1o durante un per\u00edodo prolongado puede llevar a “fatiga”… lo que puede debilitar estas habilidades y aumentar el riesgo de accidentes al volante. Sin embargo, nuestro curso ‘Conductores CMV – prevenci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n de la fatiga’ ofrece soluciones pr\u00e1cticas y estrategias para garantizar un sue\u00f1o adecuado y mantenerse alerta durante los viajes. Los temas cubiertos en el curso incluyen estrategias para dormir en la carretera, c\u00f3mo controlar la fatiga en la carretera, estrategias para dormir en casa y m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n
