It elaborates on the crucial role of managers and supervisors in managing such issues, in line with the protocols set forth in Ontario Bills 132 and 168, and BC Bill 14.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 14.0px\">Addressing workplace bullying, discrimination, harassment, and violence is a complex task for managers and supervisors. These complexities range from identifying the issue to taking appropriate measures to establish a safe and respectful work environment for all.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 14.0px\"><span>The goal of this course is to equip you with knowledge to identify and prevent workplace bullying, <\/span><span>discrimination, harassment and violence.
