The training also educates the workforce on the proper donning, adjustment, and secure fastening of Personal Fall Arrest Systems (PFAS), bringing attention to risks like suspension trauma. Furthermore, it explains PFAS care, maintenance, and damage evaluation, emphasizing the importance of proper inspection and avoiding damaged gear. Utilizing interactive simulations in a virtual construction environment and with virtual coworkers enhances hazard identification, protection application, correct PFAS usage, and equipment inspection, ensuring workers are well-equipped and safe when working at heights. The Comprehensive Fall Protection Training package comes with 3 VR simulations.<\/span><\/p>\n
