Throughout the training, you will understand the importance of risk assessments for the safety of yourself and your employees. We will examine how to recognize hazards on your worksite, conduct a comprehensive risk assessment, and manage those hazards to minimize or eliminate risks to your employees. Lastly, you&#8217;ll learn how to weigh the cost of hazard control against the cost of not managing workplace hazards.<\/p>\n<p>This program includes sporadic practice quizzes to prepare for the final written examination included in the course. This course also provides a checklist for employers to administer a practical exam as mandated by OSHA.<\/p>\n<p>Estimated Course Duration: The duration of this course can vary as it is dependent on the individual&#8217;s learning pace.
