This course includes sections on hazard anticipation, recognition, evaluation, control, and the industrial hygiene program. <br \/>During the course, we will explore how industrial hygiene principles are applied in the workplace. We&#8217;ll examine how hygienists anticipate hazards and recognize existing ones in the workplace. We&#8217;ll delve into how hygienists and workers can assess the severity of a hazard and identify control strategies. We will also discuss the components of an effective industrial hygiene program. To conclude the course, we will analyze some case studies that highlight the risks of neglecting industrial hygiene principles. <br \/>This course features occasional practice quiz questions to prepare for the final written exam. Besides the written exam, this course also provides a checklist for employers to use when conducting a practical exam as mandated by OSHA.<br \/>Estimated Course Duration: The time required to complete this course will vary as everyone learns at their own pace.
