The course also provides an understanding of the employer\u2019s responsibilities in constituting and supporting the HSC or HSR.<\/p>\n<p>Substantial amendments have been made to the laws governing HSCs and HSRs with the introduction of the OH&amp;S Act, Regulations and Code changes on December 1, 2021. This revamped course is fully updated to reflect the new laws and meets the compulsory minimum training requirements.
