In the DOT Hours of Service course, we delve into the “Hours of Service” regulations put forth by the Department of Transportation. The purpose of these regulations, their main requirements, and how drivers can ensure compliance are all key aspects of the course. Considering the continuous operation of trucks throughout the week, the drivers play a major role in fueling our economy. Therefore, it is crucial that these drivers not only possess the necessary skills and dedication to maintain road safety but also that they are sufficiently rested and alert while driving.<\/p>\n

The DOT Hours of Service regulation is designed by the Department of Transportation to ensure drivers get the necessary rest to maintain road safety. This course employs a dynamic blend of audio, video in full-motion, text and vibrant graphics, providing one of the most effective safety and regulatory compliance training available.
