Understand the appropriate usage of email, master the etiquette, and maintain unwavering professionalism.<\/li>\n<li>Comprehending that text messaging is faster than email as it occurs in real-time. Recognize the ideal scenarios to use text messages in business, learn the proper etiquette, and maintain consistent professionalism.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding that while email and texting simplify workplace communication, they can also exacerbate a problematic situation.
