This not only benefits the new hire, but the team and the organization as a whole.<\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;Onboarding New Employees &#8211; Part 2&#8221; course is designed to equip you with the necessary tools to achieve this. A score of 80% is required to obtain a certificate of completion.
