With the right steps, managers can facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new employees.<\/p>\n<p>The &#8216;Onboarding New Employees &#8211; Part 1&#8217; course is designed to help you do exactly that. It will provide you with the knowledge and tools to guide new hires in understanding their role, meeting their team, learning about expectations, and acquiring necessary skills. To earn a certificate of completion, a score of 80% is required.
