Managers have a multitude of responsibilities that require continuous learning.<\/p>\n<p>The &#8216;Managing for Success &#8211; Part 2&#8217; course is designed to equip managers with the necessary tools and knowledge to lead effectively. The course focuses on fostering a robust team culture, promoting integrity within the team, leveraging individual strengths and differences, and enabling team members to best address problems and challenges.<\/p>\n<p>Upon successful completion of the &#8216;Managing for Success &#8211; Part 2&#8217; course, you should be able to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Convey to your team how they perceive you during open conversations with them<\/li>\n<li>Develop an agenda point to discuss how the team is incorporating diverse ideas and views<\/li>\n<li>Understand the diversity of each team member and how this contributes to a resilient team<\/li>\n<li>Enhance your comprehension of customer requirements and strategies to fulfill them<\/li>\n<li>Discuss and emphasize the significance of safety within your team<\/li>\n<li>Establish a team culture that prioritizes safety and prevents accidents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<div class=\"title-bar\">  <span style=\"font-size: 18.0px;float: none\">COURSE TOPICS<\/span><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Speaking Freely with Others<\/li>\n<li>Soliciting Ideas and Opinions<\/li>\n<li>Differences Make a Stronger Team<\/li>\n<li>Understand Customer Needs<\/li>\n<li>The Importance of Safety<\/li>\n<li>Create a Safety Culture<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"title-bar\">  <span style=\"font-size: 18.0px;float: none\">ONLINE COURSE DURATION<\/span>  <\/div>\n<p>  <b>    <br \/><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Approximately 30 minutes<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"title-bar\">  <span style=\"font-size: 18.0px;float: none\">PASS MARK<\/span>  <\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Testing conducted throughout this online course is designed to reinforce the information presented. A mark of 80% must be achieved in order to receive a certificate of completion.
