The Conflict Management Skills course equips you with the tools to establish conflict management norms within your team, cultivate a culture that effectively addresses conflict, and offer the direction needed to guide others in managing conflict successfully. <\/p>\n<p>In the Conflict Management Skills course, you will work on enhancing your abilities to foster conflict management skills within your team.
