The course is the result of collaborative efforts between infection control consultants and an epidemiologist.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"title-bar\"> <span style=\"font-size: 18.0px;float: none\">COURSE TOPICS<\/span> <\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;color: black\">This &#8220;Infection Prevention and Control &#8211; Alberta&#8221; course covers the following topics:&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt\">\u00b7&nbsp; <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16.0px\">An introduction to IPAC and its significance<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt;color: black\"><span>\u00b7<span>&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;color: black\">The mechanisms of infection transmission<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt;color: black\"><span>\u00b7<span>&nbsp; S<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;color: black\">Guidelines for infection prevention and control in the workplace.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"title-bar\"> <span style=\"font-size: 18.0px;float: none\">ONLINE COURSE DURATION<\/span> <\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p style=\"font-size: 14.0px\">Approximately 30-45 Minutes<\/p>\n<div class=\"title-bar\"> <span style=\"font-size: 18.0px;float: none\">PASS MARK<\/span> <\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 14.0px\">The course includes essential knowledge checks. This certificate can be downloaded and printed. It remains valid for a period of 3 years from the date of completion mentioned on the certificate unless otherwise stated by an employer, legislation, or other authority.
