The Food Handling Safety course covers information on the origins of foodborne illnesses, personal hygiene for food handlers, hand washing procedures, methods of cleaning and sanitizing, ways to prevent cross-contamination, and food temperature control, among others. The course uses a robust combination of audio, full-motion video, text, and vibrant graphics, making it an affordable and effective solution for safety and regulatory compliance training.
