Nous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rons appeler ce programme \"Analyse d'incident\" pour deux raisons : le terme \"enqu\u00eate\" peut sugg\u00e9rer un interrogatoire visant \u00e0 d\u00e9signer des coupables, et deuxi\u00e8mement, nous effectuons bien une analyse d'un incident afin d'introduire des mesures correctives pour \u00e9viter qu'il ne se reproduise.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: medium\">L'objectif d'une analyse d'incident est la pr\u00e9vention. Identifier les causes de l'incident et mettre en \u0153uvre des mesures pour g\u00e9rer ou \u00e9radiquer ces causes peut pr\u00e9venir des incidents similaires \u00e0 l'avenir. Les incidents sont rarement dus \u00e0 une seule cause ; des facteurs tels que l'environnement de travail, les contraintes de poste, l'exp\u00e9rience de la supervision ou de l'ouvrier peuvent tous y contribuer. Ces facteurs doivent \u00eatre \u00e9tudi\u00e9s pour d\u00e9terminer leur r\u00f4le respectif dans l'incident.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: medium\">Une fois les causes identifi\u00e9es, des mesures correctives doivent \u00eatre formul\u00e9es et ex\u00e9cut\u00e9es pour \u00e9viter toute r\u00e9currence.
