Cette formation certifiante de formateur est con\u00e7ue pour doter les formateurs d'une compr\u00e9hension et d'une ma\u00eetrise des principes de l'apprentissage chez l'adulte. Tout au long de cette formation certifiante, vous acquerrez les outils n\u00e9cessaires pour garantir que les apprenants peuvent appliquer et utiliser efficacement la formation dispens\u00e9e, quel que soit le contenu du cours.<\/p>\n

Remarque : il est suppos\u00e9 que vous poss\u00e9dez une ma\u00eetrise fonctionnelle du sujet que vous avez l'intention d'enseigner. L'objectif principal de ce cours de certification de formateurs est de vous transmettre les comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour communiquer cette ma\u00eetrise, permettant ainsi aux apprenants d'atteindre \u00e9galement la ma\u00eetrise.<\/p>\n

    Ce cours comprend un examen final. Les questions de l'examen final sont con\u00e7ues pour renforcer les informations abord\u00e9es et chaque participant doit les compl\u00e9ter. Une note de 80%<\/b> un certificat de r\u00e9ussite est requis. Chaque participant a la possibilit\u00e9 de repasser le cours DEUX FOIS<\/b> si la note de passage n'a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 atteinte lors de la premi\u00e8re tentative.<\/p>\n
