This task can prove to be complex and challenging, often leaving supervisors with a myriad of questions. This course is designed to provide clarity and guidance on these issues. By doing so, it aids employers in fulfilling their legal obligation to educate their supervisors about Occupational Health and Safety Law.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: medium\">This engaging course uses animation and a touch of humor to highlight the importance of supervisors understanding Occupational Health and Safety Law. It takes place in a fictional workplace where some divisions have a strong safety culture, while others have room for improvement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: medium\">Join Milo, the Lead Occupational Health and Safety Officer, Bellamy Barrier, the Safety Manager, and a group of supervisors as they navigate learners through the different types of safety laws and their implications for supervisors. Participants will gain valuable insights into their legal duties and the actions required to demonstrate due diligence. A mark of 80% must be achieved in order to pass this course.
