The key focus of this course is to emphasize the need to have the right emergency equipment, conduct daily inspections of fire extinguishers, and ensure the correct number of reflective triangles or flares are available.<\/p>\n<p>Upon completion of this Corrective Action Training: Emergency Equipment course, drivers will be able to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enumerate the necessary emergency equipment in every commercial vehicle.<\/li>\n<li>Explain the key points to examine during daily fire extinguisher inspections. <\/li>\n<li>Determine the correct amount of reflective triangles or flares required. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"title-bar\"><span style=\"font-size: 18.0px;float: none\">COURSE TOPICS<\/span><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Introduction<\/li>\n<li>CMV&#8217;s must have 3 types of emergency equipment.<\/li>\n<li>have emergency equipment in place and ready to use.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure your fire extinguisher is accessible and ready.<\/li>\n<li>Have warning devices ready.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure spare fuses are available.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"title-bar\"><span style=\"font-size: 18.0px;float: none\">ONLINE COURSE DURATION<\/span><\/div>\n<p><b><br \/><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Estimated time to complete: 5 minutes<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"title-bar\"><span style=\"font-size: 18.0px;float: none\">PASS MARK<\/span><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Assessments conducted throughout this online course are designed to reinforce the material presented. An 80% score must be achieved to receive a certificate of completion.
