An effective Occupational Health and Safety program necessitates the recognition of current and potential hazards to the health or wellbeing of employees, and the necessary actions to mitigate, eradicate or control these risks. It must also include emergency response procedures. A Job Safety Analysis can satisfy some of these requirements.<\/p>\n

A Job Safety Analysis (JSA), also referred to as a Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), is a structured method to prioritize and choose jobs or job tasks, pinpoint its hazards or possible hazards, and incorporate measures to lower the risk.<\/p>\n

Join the journey as the newly appointed Safety Manager instructs her General Manager on how to perform a Job Safety Analysis (JSA) or (JHA). A group of quirky characters showcase how JSAs can decrease accidents and assist in creating safety documents such as procedures, audits, and orientations, in addition to other safety procedures.<\/p>\n
