Our &#8216;Sexual Harassment and Discrimination Prevention for Managers&#8217; course also includes guidelines about how to handle harassment when it happens, the elements of a harassment inquiry, the potential dangers of backlash, and the measures both staff and management should adopt to prevent sexual or any other kind of harassment.<\/p>\n<p>Upon successful completion of this &#8216;Sexual Harassment and Discrimination Prevention for Managers&#8217; course, you should be able to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understand what sexual harassment means, its harmful effects, and the necessity of a sexual harassment policy<\/li>\n<li>Recognize instances of verbal, physical, and visual harassment, quid pro quo sexual harassment, digital harassment, and abusive behavior<\/li>\n<li>Determine who is responsible in harassment scenarios<\/li>\n<li>Understand the steps an employee, a bystander, and a manager should take when harassment is witnessed and\/or reported<\/li>\n<li>Understand appropriate behavior, rights, and procedures when involved in a harassment inquiry<\/li>\n<li>Identify anticipated reactions and outcomes following an inquiry<\/li>\n<li>Recognize instances of backlash due to harassment and discrimination complaints<\/li>\n<li>Outline steps that employees and management can take to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"title-bar\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;float: none\">COURSE TOPICS<\/span><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sexual Harassment Basics<\/li>\n<li>Types of Harassment<\/li>\n<li>Liability and Harassment<\/li>\n<li>When Harassment Occurs<\/li>\n<li>Investigating Harassment<\/li>\n<li>After the Investigation<\/li>\n<li>Retaliation<\/li>\n<li>Prevention<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"title-bar\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;float: none\">ONLINE COURSE DURATION<\/span><\/div>\n<p><b><br \/><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Estimated duration of 70 minutes<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"title-bar\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;float: none\">PASS MARK<\/span><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Testing conducted throughout this online course is designed to reinforce the information presented. A score of 80% is required to qualify for a certificate of completion.
