With the Autoclave Safety course, you&#8217;ll gain a deeper understanding of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The primary function of an autoclave.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>The mechanism behind autoclaves.<\/li>\n<li>The variety of autoclaves available.<\/li>\n<li>The physical and biological hazards linked to autoclaves.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>The potential injuries that could result from using an autoclave, and the measures to prevent and treat them.<\/li>\n<li>The essential safety precautions when using an autoclave, such as wearing suitable PPE, regular inspections and maintenance of the autoclave, and conducting performance testing regularly.<\/li>\n<li>How to safely operate an autoclave, including how to correctly prepare, package, load, and unload materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><b>REGULATIONS<\/b><\/p>\n<p>29 CFR 1910 Subpart I \u2013 Personal Protective Equipment \u2013 1910.132 General requirements.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"title-bar\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;float: none\">COURSE TOPICS<\/span><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Introduction to Autoclaves<\/li>\n<li>Autoclave Hazards<\/li>\n<li>Safety Precautions<\/li>\n<li>Safe Use of Autoclaves<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"title-bar\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;float: none\">ONLINE COURSE DURATION<\/span><\/div>\n<p><b><br \/><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Estimated to take 20 minutes<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"title-bar\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;float: none\">PASS MARK<\/span><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Tests are conducted throughout this online course to reinforce the information taught. A score of 80% must be attained to be awarded a certificate of completion. Participants can undertake the course up to two more times if they do not achieve the pass mark in the first attempt.<\/p>\n<p><b><br \/><\/b><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<div class=\"title-bar\"><span
