The aim is to enhance their understanding of the factors that can inspire them to shun unsafe practices before they result in accidents or injuries. Both accidents and injuries have personal and business implications, hence it is vital for employees to adopt safe practices and discourage unsafe behaviors in the workplace.<\/p>\n<p>Upon successful completion of this Behavior Based Safety course, participants should have a comprehensive understanding of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The concept of behavior-based safety and its key terminologies<\/li>\n<li>The significance of behavior-based safety programs for both employees and organizations<\/li>\n<li>Diverse strategies and tools used to eliminate hazards and prevent injuries at the workplace<\/li>\n<li>Various stages involved in a behavior-based safety program<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"title-bar\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;float: none\">SUJETS DU COURS<\/span><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>What Is Behavior-Based Safety?<\/li>\n<li>Why Behavior-Based Safety Matters<\/li>\n<li>Using Behavior-Based Safety to Eliminate Hazards and Prevent Injuries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"title-bar\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;float: none\">DUR\u00c9E DU COURS EN LIGNE<\/span><\/div>\n<p><b><br \/><\/b><\/p>\n<p>The course duration is approximately 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"title-bar\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;float: none\">Note de passage<\/span><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Evaluation will be conducted throughout this online course to reinforce the knowledge imparted. To get a certificate of completion, a score of 80% must be obtained.
