This Occupational Health and Safety awareness training is designed to provide a fundamental comprehension of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA). Please note that it is not intended to replace any sector-specific, hazard-specific, or competency-specific training.<\/p>\n

The course, “Occupational Health And Safety Awareness For Supervisors in 5 Steps”, introduces supervisors to the OHSA, emphasizing the health and safety rights and duties of workers, supervisors, and employers. Furthermore, it serves as a broad introduction to workplace health and safety.<\/p>\n

Supervisors are encouraged to utilize this complimentary training program as one method to satisfy the minimum training requirement as set by the Occupational Health and Safety Awareness and Training regulation.<\/p>\n

The “Occupational Health And Safety Awareness For Supervisors in 5 Steps” program can be completed using the workbook<\/a> or via the eLearning module.<\/p>\n
