The Federal Hours of Service Course – Canadian and US Regulations provides a comprehensive overview of the laws and regulations that drivers must adhere to.<\/p>\n

These regulations serve as a crucial tool in battling fatigue; they are pivotal in guaranteeing the safety of those involved in commercial transportation, as well as the general public utilizing the same roadways.<\/p>\n

This course seeks to equip the learner with a clear understanding of the rules that govern them and how to apply these rules effectively. After completing the Federal Hours of Service Course – Canadian and US Regulations, learners should have a firm grasp of Day and Shift Limits, exemptions to these limits, documentation requirements (form and manner), and the responsibilities of the driver.<\/p>\n

The US-specific segment of this course provides insight into the rules a driver must adhere to when operating in the United States and how to maintain compliance before entry.<\/p>\n
