Hence, the role of a manager calls for constant vigilance and the ability to handle any inappropriate or illegal behaviors appropriately. This course, Sexual Harassment Prevention for Managers, provides practical examples aimed at enhancing management sensitivity to potential employee issues and the legal liability related to sexual harassment.
