COURSE OVERVIEW<\/b><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

Formulated by the Canadian Council of Motor Transport Administrators, the National Safety Code (NSC) offers a comprehensive guide for the standardization of regulations across Canadian provinces and territories with respect to motor carriers and drivers. This National Safety Code Overview course is designed to provide a basic understanding of the NSC and its 16 associated standards.<\/p>\n

COURSE TOPICS<\/b><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

The National Safety Code Overview course includes the following subject areas:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • The functions and duties of the Canadian Council of Motor Transport Administrators in relation to the NSC<\/li>\n
  • The explanation of carriers and commercial vehicles<\/li>\n
  • A detailed overview of the NSC\u2019s 16 standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    <\/p>\n

    ONLINE COURSE DURATION<\/b><\/div>\n

    <\/p>\n

    The National Safety Code Overview course takes around 30 minutes to complete.<\/p>\n

    <\/p>\n

    PASS MARK<\/b><\/div>\n

    <\/p>\n

    Participants are expected to secure a minimum of 80% to successfully pass this course. Three attempts can be made to achieve the passing score.<\/p>\n

    CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION<\/b><\/div>\n

    <\/p>\n

    Upon successful completion of this National Safety Code Overview course, students can download and print a certificate of completion.<\/p>\n
