OVERVIEW OF THE COURSE<\/b><\/div>\n

The online GHS Safety Data Sheets in Construction Environments course offers a detailed analysis of the elements of GHS Safety Data Sheets, the information encapsulated in each section, and how these SDS differ from Material Safety Data Sheets. This course has been specifically designed to help facilities comply with the employee training specifications of OSHA’s recently implemented GHS regulations. The program explores how chemicals are to be labeled under GHS and includes discussions on Material Safety Data Sheets and GHS SDS’s, materials and their potential hazards, emergency situations involving hazardous materials, proper techniques for handling hazardous materials, and more.<\/p>\n

The course can be attempted thrice in order to achieve the passing mark. A comprehensive student manual, which can be printed, is available as a resource for future reference and knowledge retention.<\/p>\n
