COURSE OVERVIEW<\/b><\/div>\n

The virtual Hazard Recognition course offers the necessary knowledge for employees to aid in the prevention of occupational accidents and injuries. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) reports that annually, job-related injuries and illnesses exceed 3 million, and fatalities surpass 4,500. For all workplace stakeholders – employers, employees, and management – minimizing these figures should be a paramount concern. A key strategy to enhancing safety within any facility is by predicting and managing job hazards before they result in accidents, a process known as Hazard Recognition.<\/p>\n
